Only way this series works out for the Islanders is if its played 5v5, they will get killed on special teams.

This is the key IMO.  If Andersen wasn't back, I'd give NYI a fighting chance, but have you guys seen Andersen's stats since his return??

 

16 GP, 1.84 GAA, 0.932 Save %.  Wowza.

 

Goaltending like that with a forward and defence group as deep as the Canes = 4-1 Series win for Carolina.
