How Hard to Train a C

Just a fly that’s been buzzing around my brain lately?

 

I’ve noticed that Joshua when called upon to take draws, has shown he’s pretty good at face offs. This caused me to wonder, how difficult would getting Joshua or Podz to shift over to Center be? I’m assuming pretty difficult, but a 3rd line of

Podz-Joshua-Garland would be nasty to play against.
