Coconuts Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Haha, I was saying this kind of trade would make sense for Washington earlier this season, they need a top six center something fierce. Quote
HKSR Posted June 19 Posted June 19 (edited) Wow, that's unexpected... but expected... WAS needs more help down the middle... Strome is not gonna be enough. Wonder who goes the other way? One of the WAS RHD is my guess. There's Jensen, VanRiemsdyk, and Bear fighting for 2 spots. Plus LAK likely losing Roy to UFA. Add in a Hendrix Lapierre and a pick, and call it a day. In other news, the rest of the NHL is like "fuck this finals is taking too long, let's just start trading now" Edited June 19 by HKSR 1 Quote
Rusty Shackleford Posted June 19 Posted June 19 LA is lucky to get out of that contract. Wonder if they had to add or is Mr. Considerations head to La La Land? Quote

HKSR Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Kuemper? Really? That's LAK's solution for goaltending? His 3.31 GAA and 0.890 Sv% will help? 1 Quote
Coconuts Posted June 19 Posted June 19 (edited) Lindgren really impressed down the stretch, this is a good deal for the Caps. Works for LA too, even if he's not the answer Kuemper's deal is up in a couple seasons. They also save 3.25M in cap space right now. Edited June 19 by Coconuts Quote

Pears Posted June 19 Posted June 19 Woah. Surprised LA was able to get out of that contract so early and actually able to get something of value. 1 Quote

DeltaSwede Posted June 19 Posted June 19 I can't believe there is a team out there willing to trade for Dubois and that's not even with considering his contract. Quote
timberz21 Posted June 19 Posted June 19 (edited) Was just thinking that Rob Blake is the new Bergevin, then remember that Bergevin is now actually working for the Kings LOL I Mean, good for getting out of the PLD contract, but when you traded for him and offered him that deal, less than a year ago, that looks bad man.
