[Signing] Riley Stillman to Hurricanes

It's kind of crazy that he was such a fringe NHL defenseman. He really felt like he belonged in the AHL more than the NHL when he was here. I hope he does well for the Hurricanes. Chatfield used to be like that, but the Hurricanes turned the player round.

It was more of a try a different piece cause this one is clearly not working, unfortunately neither did. And keeping Dickinson wouldn't have made us better.

Mitigated because we go Bloom for him.

Could always count on him for a bad penalty though.
