Wow, they waived Belzile, eh?  Why did New York even sign him if they weren't going to play him?  He put up very solid numbers in Montreal - 14 points in 31 games.

Dude has to learn to play in a system / defensively....just doesn't seem to want to...He'll be a career 'tweener'. AHL primary and a call up as depth.

Yes, bottom 6 forwards that don't play well defensively... are not really high in demand in the NHL.

Gotta think Canucks are lying in the weeds for a tweener RHD to go on waivers 

 

In an ideal world Juulsen could be that steady eddy guy with Hughes but man is his hockey IQ ever bad

so they one guy just play simple hockey

Doubt that as McWard and Hirose seems to have played good enough to have earned a spot.

 

I think if we can trade Myers soon those two will be in.

 

If not one may be sent down.

Oh don’t get me wrong Both have looked better than their counter parts but for their development playing in the AHL would be more beneficial

I don't think so at all.

 

They didn't come from the chl or anything and are a couple years older then our young D.

 

Their time is now.Sending them down could hamper their development.

 

Top D so far QH, Hronek, Soucy, then Hirose and McWard.

 

They seem ready and if RT comments are true he would find a way to put them in as he wants the best we have and so far they have been just that.
