Low risk high reward, he seemed to fit chiefs system and one would argue tocchet has similar values to his coaching structure, could picture him blueger and Sherwood being a thorn in the ass 4th line on the playoffs

With the Podkolzin trade we’re sitting at 47/50 contracts and need room for Willander/TDL deals. Maybe we sign one guy who’s on a PTO but I think it’s much more likely this guy stays in Abby all year.

Still serviceable, 28, good experience. Smart signing that should have a good influence at camp and on young guys.

Absolutely loving this. He fits the age profile of the team and adds competition for camp. If he can win a job he could be a great fit in our bottom six. Worst case scenario he goes to Abbotsford. Honestly though, I like his potential fit with the big club better than PDGs
