Hedman, the best defenseman of his generation.    Stamkos-Hedman, if you're going to suck and rebuild, couldn't do it much better (or quicker given St. Louis was the very capable vet they hung onto) than that.    First and second overall (if I remember correctly), both considered slam dunks, both headed to the HHOF.
