So nice to be at a point where the waiver wire doesn’t look like upgrades over anyone on our roster!

Also I think we can close the book on Tyler Madden coming back to haunt us.

Agree there.Madden always makes me think of EA sports Madden football lol.

All good. I thought it was a legit question, not meant as a joke. That's on me.

Madden was a good pick for the selection - and it was a good time to move on from him as well. I think these two moves would be unappreciated parts of the Benning regime. It's too bad that things didn't work out with Toffoli. That was a mishandling on the Benning regime. Him and Pearson were clearly happy together.

I'm calling it right now. Pouliot's gonna get claimed by Ottawa Senators - Green connection lol.

Madden was just another Benning taking the guy he saw one weekend pick, so over ruled the scouts. Madden is 150 pounds and has average skills. He’s got no chance to ever play in the Natiosnal League. But Dim Jim had draft “smrts”.

It’s true.

He put way too much emphasis on drafting players he saw live.

Madden was never dynamic enough to make up for his slight frame. Especially as a center.

Apparently the scouting meetings were very quiet with mostly just head nods directed toward the all knowing super scout Benning. Bracket stood up to Dim Jim and got moved out. Scouts need those jobs do they say quietly and let the big idiot select whomever he liked. And Madden was just another of Bozo’s bad choices.

This. We're a legit contender now with our depth and how we play. It's actually nuts what Allvin & Co have been able to accomplish with what they were left.
