hi guys,

long time forum reader and canucks fan, I'm going to the game on Jan 6th in Mtl. My first game ever. Im from Campbellton NB, and there aren't many canucks fans around here or any merch, its all Montreal Toronto and Boston here. i want a nice Hugues #43 jersey and I'm wondering where's the best place to buy one online.

thanks.

Yeah, I got a great Fanatics Hughes Jersey, the blue orca, but here is the thing. I ordered a Calgary Backlund Red jersey with the Captains "C" on it..and they sent me one without the "C" on it. I complained, they said they would reship after I sent back the mistake in a return shipping label they would send me. About three weeks later, no return label was ever sent, I got another Backlund jersey, still with no "C" on it. I complained again, and was told to return the TWO bad jerseys and they would email me a prepaid return label and they would ship the "C" jersey when they got those back. YUp, three weeks later another one with no "C" arrived and still no return shipping label. In total I ended up with five Backlund jerseys, and only one with the "C" on the chest. Still no return shipping labels. One last phone call to get the return shipping labels and I ended up with a 50% off code from the clerk who took my call for any fanatics product I wanted to order next. Somehow he managed to email me the code but STILL NO RETURN LABEL. Hahaha.... Now I have the awesome Hughes "C" jersey, a Backlund "C" jersey and four extra backlund jerseys, all for the price of 1.5 jerseys.

SO in the end, I would say go to the Vancouver Canucks Team store and order the jersey you want. Odds are good you will get the Hughes one with the "C" on it.
The ironic thing is I did mention when I first ordered from the Calgary Team Store that number 11 is my relative, thus why I am ordering the jersey while he is the Captain. Every conversation from that point onwards they mentioned how they try their hardest to please players families. I laughed and laughed and laughed the fourth time I heard that line.

Code: NHLDEAL will get you 25% off right now too, from what I just read there.

Canucksfanforum has no affiliation with Fanatics or the Canucks Team Store at NHLSHOP.ca. I am just trying to connect you to a source.
YOu could also just take jersey money with you to the game and go early and buy it there!!

If you want to save a few bucks...Canadian Tire.

I know, I know....but not all of us are millionaires and when my son was young it worked for us. He was just happy to wear his team's jersey and, back then, they were seventy bucks or so vs double that elsewhere.

They have some. But the hoodies there are far less expensive than the Team store ones.

I might have to start buying Vancouver Giants gear. Better quality. Better prices.

Temps in arena are decent and go up the fuller the building. I was in Edmonton at -14 with just jeans and a jersey over t shirt at row 10 lower bowl and was fine. It was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel.
