Popular Post Lewlowned Posted November 7 Popular Post Posted November 7 (edited) Vancouver Canucks (6-2-3) vs Los Angeles Kings (8-3-3) When to Watch: Start time is 7:30pm PST Where to Watch: Sportsnet Pacific Where to Listen: SN650 Vancouver Canucks Lineup (Confirmed, same as ANA) - Forbort and Joshua will not be in the lineup - Lankinen gets the start (as per Tocchet yesterday) Los Angeles Kings Lineup (Last Game Lines) - Kuemper was first off the ice (Source) Team Comparison Another ugly GDT from me but wanted to jump start the conversation! Last time we played LA we lost 6-3, let's hope for a better result. They have a decent PK but take lots of penalties, so let's hope the PP can take advantage. They’ve started the season strong and are sporting a short 2-game win streak. Should be a good battle! And, as always, GO CANUCKS GO! Edited November 7 by Lewlowned 9 15 3 1
D.B Cooper Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Should be a good and tough fought game. Go Canucks Go!!! 4

Actually, this plain format is very nice, quick, clear, and easy to read. Thanks for picking up the torch (again). Knights and Kings lead the Pacific with 19 points each; Nuckies have only 15 points, but.. Vancouver has 2 games in hand on Lost Wages and 3 games in hand on An-Another Cali-Team. Win this, and we'll be right there! LETS GO CANUCKS! Petey's On Fie-Errr! 7 3 1
Popular Post Screw Posted November 7 Popular Post Posted November 7 Canucks looked good in Anaheim. Hope they bring the same energy tonight! 3 5
Popular Post Ghostsof1915 Posted November 7 Popular Post Posted November 7 Honestly I like the simple, no frills GDT intros. I usually just scroll pass the other stuff anyways. 2 6 2 1 1

Smashian Kassian Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Good test tonight, LA has a good record. Looking forward to seeing what we got, hopefully they pick up where they left off & play with the same confidence as they did in Anaheim. GCG 2
Mando27 Posted November 7 Posted November 7 (edited) This will be a big test for the Nucks, LA has been on a tear this season. Edited November 7 by Mando27 1 1
DarthMelvin Posted November 7 Posted November 7 (edited) Soooo, with Petey getting a little deflecty nicky tippy last game...let's hope that boosts his confidence. And has a new start to the season. Huge point streak is among us. Edited November 7 by DarthMelvin 1 1
Goal_thecup Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Good Morning Children, take your seats please. Your Morning Math Exercise: Work on your Percentages: LV v VC tonight, calculate the points percentages for each team before the game: LV 19 points out of a possible 26 (13 games played) = _____% VC 15 points out of a possible 22 (11 games played) = _____% LV v VC tonight, calculate the points percentages for each team after the game: (Always Assume The Canucks Win! aka Counting Your Chicklets Before They're Knocked Out) LV 19 points out of a possible 28 (14 games played) = _____% VC 17 points out of a possible 24 (12 games played) = _____% [Secret Answer Key: 73.07 68.18 67.85 70.83] In other words, percentage-wise, We Win This and we are in 1st place in the Pacific!! ****** GO CANUCKS GO! PETEY HATTY IN SIN CITY! Ya Baby! Mak'n it work. (Doug & the Slugs) Mak'n it happen. (Brockstar & the Jay-Tees) 1 1 1
CanuckMan Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Will be a good test of where this team actually sits at. Comparable line ups, PP/PK, GF/GA, etc. Winning against San Jose & Anaheim just doesn’t do it for me. They’re much further behind us in the rebuild/retool. How we play against the best is a true test. 2 1
coquitlamdave Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Big game. Just hoping JT Miller says something like this was a character game for the boys and Boss Rick praises Petey for something (in front of the net work? COnfident shots?) 3 1
RWJC Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Joshua had a minor setback? Damn was really hoping to see him tonight. Boys should dethrone the Kings regardless. 1 1

Reg Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Same routine as the last game. Work harder than your opponent, stay disciplined and battle for every puck, everywhere on the ice. 1 1

If you watch RT’s interview he kind of immediately alludes to something and then reframes it as being precautionary. If anything, I can imagine Joshua having a muscle strain or similar in trying to get back into game speed/shape. Happens at camp to about 25% of the main roster. I could envision him tweaking something while trying to get back to game speed. He was held out of yesterday’s practice so that hints to something especially when he’s apparently so close to returning. Edited November 7 by RWJC 1 2

Team is still winning. 2
BPA Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Just win. Hoping for EP to build on his last game. Get some points/goals. Let’s go!!! 1 1
Popular Post Ghostsof1915 Posted November 7 Popular Post Posted November 7 Honestly, DJ is combatting cancer. Even if the cancer is gone, it's still going to play hell with your body. It's a good idea to take it slow. 7 2
ronning4center Posted November 7 Posted November 7 (edited) Lines seem set and are building chemistry. Petey getting into game shape and showing signs of catching up. Good battle with something on the line tonight..should be a beauty Edited November 7 by ronning4center 1
