Hopefully the guys have put the mental impact of the Miller announcement in the back of their minds and can now focus on what more they can do to fill the void of all the missing players, as everyone needs to step-up a bit because there is no calvary riding in to save the day.  It's up to them and many of those players should now see this as an opportunity to step into the spotlight and make their presence impactful.    Hope to see the great effort by Garland, Sherwood and a few others motivate the rest of the guys to throttle into next gear.
