Just thought I would bring to the attention of those who didn't know, that the Canucks were the final stop of the 1980 Masterton Trophy winner, where he closed out his career with 34 points as a Canuck he was winding down.  This was the twilight of a career that featured 240 NHL goals and 591 points in 864 games.  He peaked in 1979-80 with the Minnesota North Stars where he scored 42 goals and 93 points in his best season...making him one of the best hockey player to wear a Canucks jersey in the team's first 20 years or so.  He was voted the 5th best RW in the NHL that year in an era that featured a lot of talented hockey players.  He played in two All Star Games, 1976 for the California Golden Seals and 1977 for the Cleveland Barons.  He had five seasons with 60 or more points and then another with 58.  A pretty terrific hockey player who wore the Canuck colors back when the rosters were generally not overflowing with raw talent.  His 93 point season in 1979-80 would have been the Canucks record right up until Pavel Bure arrived.
