The Canucks didn't "let him go" as much as Zadorov chose to sign in Boston. 4 Quote

Provost Posted Friday at 08:52 PM Posted Friday at 08:52 PM (edited) If they retain or throw in a decent sweetener, sure why not. Aside from being a fit on the ice, he was also maybe the only guy on the team who actually seemed comfortable in front of the mic and dealing with press. It is a hard market to play in, and if you can find a guy who likes that, then that is worth something. Edited Friday at 08:53 PM by Provost 1 2 Quote

PhillipBlunt Posted Friday at 09:27 PM Posted Friday at 09:27 PM I could see Alvin making it happen. I mean, I wouldn’t give up much more than he didn’t the first time, but I’d say that Zadorov had his most productive time as a player here. I think he really felt that the coaching staff here brought out the best in him. 2 Quote

Harvey Specter Posted Friday at 09:54 PM Posted Friday at 09:54 PM At a certain, retained cost, I would be quite interested in reacquiring Zadorov. I was in the camp for him to re-sign with us during the offseason, and was hopeful to have him inked before Free Agency. The deal to extend TM57 "early" was a bit of a headscratcher as he showed limited interest in exploring other opportunities with the 3Y / $9M deal. Granted, we do not know all the in's and out's of our management team's gameplan, but I would welcome back Zadz back at the right cost and restructured contract. 1 Quote

Shekky Posted Friday at 10:26 PM Posted Friday at 10:26 PM if he had a cap hit of 2.5 mil as opposed to a 5mil contract he would be a big upgrade over Desharnais and Forbort but since his contract is 5 mil no way Quote
Snoop Hogg Posted Friday at 10:59 PM Posted Friday at 10:59 PM Make them retain 50% and throw in Pasta(also retained at 50%) and I’ll think about it. 1 Quote
Devron Posted Friday at 11:14 PM Posted Friday at 11:14 PM Imagine they got Boston to retain. How masterful would that be of Allvin lol 2 Quote
