Blue Posted Friday at 06:34 PM Posted Friday at 06:34 PM But but I thought everyone in Pettersons tier of contract played lights out all the time!! 2 Quote
DSVII Posted Friday at 06:39 PM Posted Friday at 06:39 PM So...J.T Miller for Pasta? I wouldn't be opposed But yeah looks like that winning culture that Bergeron and Chara built so painstakingly has fallen apart. 1 Quote

To be honest, I'll take the next 1000 years of mediocrity if it meant just *ONE* Cup. 2 Quote
Popular Post DeNiro Posted Friday at 06:46 PM Popular Post Posted Friday at 06:46 PM Don’t tell Elliotte and the Eastern media. Hurts their narrative about Vancouver. The truth is this happens all the time when you have elite athletes that are wired to win. Only difference is now it gets reported on and speculated on way more than ever. 4 1 3 Quote

Popular Post DrJockitch Posted Friday at 07:01 PM Popular Post Posted Friday at 07:01 PM I know people like the 24/7 show but when that started and Hockeywives (or whatever it was called) combined with social media, the omerta of the locker room was broken and this type of shit was bound to start pouring into the media. So many people have just given away their rights to privacy even those that have tried not to are getting dragged into this kind of toxic drama. The Bruins and Canucks are both having disappointing seasons they should be bickering annd pushing each other to get better but this stuff is gaining steam in a toxic media fueled by socials. 6 1 Quote
Nucker67 Posted Friday at 07:02 PM Posted Friday at 07:02 PM Pasta is a problem in the room, do not want that guy anywhere near our team. I understand Bo chimed in regarding Petey possibly going to the Islanders. Sounds like he'd be very excited if that happened. I can kind of see the two old buggers (JR and Lou) hammering out a big trade to shake up their teams. 1 1 1 Quote

Blue Posted Friday at 07:08 PM Author Posted Friday at 07:08 PM Lazy pointless turnover and it cost the Bruins the game. That's what the guy says. I don't even remember a time when Petterson had a lazy pointless turnover that cost us a game. Does anyone remember a lazy pointless turnover from Petterson that cost us a game? 1 1 Quote

What makes this worse is Pasta is beefing with Marchant, who is the captain. Quote

You have to keep in mind he's never played for a respectable organization; he'd probably fit in just fine on a team that isn't a disgrace to the sport. Quote
Master Mind Posted Friday at 07:31 PM Posted Friday at 07:31 PM With Brad Marchand as captain, it was only a matter of time for things to get ugly. 1 2 Quote

To be honest, Elliotte strikes me as a Vancouver fan. He does his best to seem unbiased, but I think this is one of those times where everyone suspects him to be a fan of every single team. It's why he's good at what he does. Quote
Elias Pettersson Posted Friday at 07:41 PM Posted Friday at 07:41 PM Miller and Boeser for Pastrnak and Zacha? Quote
HKSR Posted Friday at 07:42 PM Posted Friday at 07:42 PM Pettersson/Miller + Hoglander + prospect/pick + whatever else we can dump on them for Pastrnak+Coyle Quote

Miller's done it before though. I'm not meaning to slag Miller. He's not a perfect player (no one is), but with ANY player, you have to live with the good and the bad. That's why a good coach is so important. Quote
