  1. Wow, basically had an open net, that post has gotta sting. No 0-0 going into the 3rd this time.
  2. Man, if Brock was given the space that Zibanejad was on those goals, he'd have had 10 more goals and the Nashville series would have ended in 4.
  3. Toronto is a very, very cursed team. I feel like I'd go insane being a fan of them watching these Boston series. It's never been easier to predict a series than these Boston Toronto ones, it's like watching a replay year after year. My prediction for the next Toronto-Boston series, Bruins 7. I'll keep doing this until Leafs prove me wrong.
  4. Well, Game 7 will be on Sunday, too bad Dallas couldn't end it tonight. Although whichever team wins this one is gonna have a heck of a time going up against the Avs.
  5. Can't believe we've had 2 games tonight that went into the third 0-0
  6. One of the things that really gave me hope for them this game is the incredibly slow shift in momentum and the game opening up. Started in Nashville's favour in the first, then became more even as we got through the second, and for the first time in forever, we're actually seeing shots from the Canucks! Then the third, Canucks are taking over, that was the Canucks period to win and they did it! Petey's had a brutal first round, but I'm so glad to see him there working hard along the boards to help them get that 1 goal, and like I said and Miller also said postgame, Suter could have 10 goals this series with the chances he had. MVP of the series would go to Boeser for me, although Miller's right there with him. Really I could name tons more, goaltending, especially Silovs. Shoutout to Miller doing practice in Silovs shirt the other day, I think that was exactly what the Canucks needed to help them feel relaxed and ready for this game. Canucks defense was strong the entire series, loved seeing 4 guys out there forming a wall in front of the net at the net. Hughes is tough, he had to endure a ton this series, and still kept doing his magic. Not dominant but definitely feel that he was underrated this series. The bottom 4, all great, think it's obvious why people love Zadorov, he's basically what people had hoped Tryamkin would become for the Canucks. Hronek, he's gonna have to do more next series, he was not good this series, no offense and had some bad defensive moments. But otherwise, this is the best I've felt about a Canucks defense in a long time. Lindholm, came through for some big moments, Joshua, hero of game 1, Mikheyev, just let me see 1 single goal from him, Hoglander, definitely was also a struggle for him, hopefully he and Petey both get going next round. Anyway, that was a truly fitting way for the Canucks to win this series. LET'S GO!
  7. I'd literally just said Suter could have had 10 goals this series with chances he's had, of course he had to get the series winner XD LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
  8. Let's see if Toronto can put an end to their Game 7 Boston curse this time. Knew it had to go to 7 again.
  9. I'm so !@#$ing happy. I need to calm down. I'm so happy for Boeser, guy deserves everything, a true warrior for the Canucks! Silovs did so good for such a tough position to be put in, Lindholm completely erasing his subpar regular season play in spectacular fashion this series. Nashville, stop doing weird things with fish, you deserve to lose after that. Let's win this at home, try and break through their defensive structure, and win it the Canucks way! What a legendary game, although 50 minutes of it was agony XD
  10. I think that challenge would have been worth the risk, it's gonna be extremely difficult for the Canucks to get 2 goals, not to mention a 3rd for winning the game, heck even if they take a penalty from it not counting it just might be an opportunity for the Canucks to get their heads on straight and do something positive.
  11. Watch Toronto finally slay their dragon in a spectacular game 7, only to then lose to Florida in 4/5 next round. I'm still picking Boston in 7 though.
  12. Reading through the GDT, felt like the Canucks were the ones trailing by 3 whenever the game was tied. Fun game to watch. It's weird that rather than feeling upset at the Canucks giving up the 3 goal, I was actually looking forward to see how the Canucks handle the adversity. Zadorov is pretty much everything we hoped Tryamkin would be. Loved watching him skate with the puck, almost felt like the leafs were afraid to go near him. And super happy with them not giving them that last goal in the last couple minutes with the weak penalties at the end, Demko really came up big in the second half.
  13. Correction on that comment that they won't call anything. They will definitely call a Vancouver penalty if they can.
