    Man the Raptors cast away series is a real shame for the Knicks who got nothing from OG who was suffering with a hamstring injury. Knicks may have had a chance this year if they didn’t make the trade. RJ and Quickly may have been the depth they needed. On the flip side Indiana must be happy with Pascal Siakam.

    Need to make them pay on these penalties! Would be nice to get 1 or 2 in the 2nd period and see if they change goalies!

    Man can we not just tell Juulsen to be a little more conservative with hits. His only glaring mistake was taking himself out of position on the open ice hit. Cole is basically giving the other team a goal a game with mistakes made. Give Cole a game or two off and let him get better! There’s no drop off between him and Juulsen right now!

    If Hronek wants more than 7.25 then trade him and bring Tanev home or Pesce if he will sign for under 5.5!

    Highlighting Cole right now and all the mistakes that period. Just before his penalty has a chance to keep the puck in but bails on the backhand at the line and tries to go forehand just letting the puck go right by him!

    Sign Joshua, Zadarov, Lindholm and Hronek! To make it all work you trade away Mikheyev and start working some Vegas LTIR magic with holding some players out to make it all work!

    Too bad it wasn’t Cole with the cross check on Mcbaby . Tough break for Soucy and maybe he has a case for it to be a lower number. He was going to cross check him in the chest but Zadarov cross checked McDavid in the back a half second earlier having McDavids head go lower and it was too late to stop.

    Cole also deflected the Ceci goal. Just a bundle of mistakes but the Canucks still won! I don’t expect Cole to make as many mistakes next game which will make it harder for Edmonton!

    I’m thinking as much as I want to try and roll 3 good lines we might have to go with 2 great lines and 2 bottom 6 lines. Pettersson Miller Boeser Joshua Lindholm Garland Hoglander Suter Mikheyev PDG Blueger Lafferty Suter missed a lot of great chances in the Nashville series! Find it hard to believe Pettersson would miss that many opportunities if he was in that spot.

    Call Podz back up he’s more offensively gifted than Suter! Suter I guess can miss every grade A scoring chance!

    I thought after game one when PDG took a tripping penalty forechecking in the offensive zone he would be coming out the next game. For me it’s a little less of PDG’s defensive game and more Suter’s offensive game on the 2nd line. With our scoring troubles I was hoping they’d try Podz on the 2nd line, Bumping Suter down to the 4th and PDG sitting.

    I know it sucks to be without so many picks. Going to be hard to find a player to contribute with our first pick coming in the 3rd round.
