At least he understands what it's like to be crosschecked in the face and punched in the face, which 99% of this site probably can't say. People go their entire life without this which is just fine, but do wonder how many of those people want to get punched in the face or punch someone in the face and never got the opportunity to do so. Isn't that what CONTACT sports is all about? Colin Campbell. Or Grim Reaper. Who's best suited for this sort of job anyways. Those guys are just fine. Miller had some pretty great sequences as well, lots of cross checks in a row and some good hits. This is how we get to the next round. That and also to the final. Silovs is just fine. Demko can come in when he's ready. We don't need to respect them like we did in game 2. At some point I expect McDavid or Draisatl to get destroyed with a hit, and after that their team unravels. It's already doing that, it's not like they are "far superior" 5 x 5.

We haven't had a full "A" game yet against EDM in the series. We certainly haven't "wilted" in the physicality department. Miller played mean last night which was great to see. Wonder how those Oilers are enjoying their ice baths these days?

Said it before the game, there would be retribution. This is no longer a Horvat led rodeo. Soucy, Myers and Zadarov aren't fun to play against, especially in the post season. Doubt they are even close to done, McDavid will think twice about pulling some stupid shit like he did at the end of a game or play. That's just the D, Joshua and Miller aren't too fun either, and Lindholm is pretty good too.

This and Drybaby and McWhiner having to play 30 minutes a game is going to come at a cost for them ... expect to see them limping something during Game 4.

This is the softest calls i've seen all playoffs .. don't mind the result at all (2-2 PP's). They won't win if our PP is also clicking, and so far our team does better 4 x 4. They are not the 80's Oilers.

Watching 4 x 4 in this series so far, we've had the zone time and the results ... and the eye test. Believe it is because McBaby and his sidekick can't use the extra man as a pic End up getting too cute, lose the puck and then that's it for them. Too many fans giving EDM too much respect.
