Nick Seeler as trade target?

I can see us going after Nick Seeler at before the deadline.

He's a steady no nonsense mean defender who can keep up with the pace of play. I believe he is a solid glue guy to have on the roster for the "hopefully" long battle of playoffs. He only makes 775k and is expiring. Could be brought back if he performs well perhaps. I have heard Frank Seravelli suggest him as a good fit as well...not an official rumour. Can never have enough defenders for playoffs.

Yes but he's left handed and once Soucy is back no need for the guy.

 

Right now our D is fine but a good RHD at the right price would help.

The only names being floated are Peeke, Boqvist and DeAngelo.  None of them seem like a good fit and none of them would earn minutes ahead of Juulsen.  I don't think Seeler would earn minutes ahead of Zadorov either, although I do think he's a solid D-man.
