I thought being their official store, the customer service and quality would be better. Online buying is always a gamble, especially clothing, and I'd rather not get burned again by shoddy, misleading garments. They have a tract of very very poor manufacturing process and the products being very poor. Do not order off Vanbase fanatics. Go to the store at Rogers if you can. Tried to avoid fanatics, so only a few starter but hate so much of it. Just wish they'd do some simple stufflile for the hoodies but on a t-shirt. If so, I can't say I have any real complaints over the quality of the things I've bought (t-shirts, hats, neck tie).
