In my opinion they are doing an injustice to their team by not putting the right pieces around Mcdavid during his best playing days. First move if i was GM = buy out nurses contract and move him similar to what we did with OEL. Second move - trade skilled forwards and rebuild the defense. Draisitle is really skilled but he is frustrated and takes stupid penalties costing the team. He could use a change of scenery. RNH out, Kane out, Get a D partner who compliments Bouchards game for the top pairing. Ekholm could be paired with a puck moving offensive D man on the second line.
