  1. Talking to Hurricanes is telling EP and his agent that Canucks can only afford to Aho's Money or they have to trade him
  2. So something like he wants to wait for the season over or he wants a short-term contract etc.. all those BS, all he wants is to take control and that will hurt the team investment return
  3. It's very clear to me that EP wants to burn up his RFA status so he has total control, he wanted to go to UFA and get the best offer from all teams interested and it will be bad news on investment return, so we need to trade him ASAP to get the best return, there is no sense going into next season with him if that were the case.
  4. He is brutally overrated.JT Miller's proving again and again to be a much more valuable player than him
  5. Canuck fans love to count their chickens before they are hatched then wonder why they won no cups in 53 years lol
  6. I really hope Allvin, doesn't sell his premium picks. a regular season win is not the same when compared to a playoff series.... The Canucks have been "all-in" ever since Mr Aquillini bought the team and we had seen the results from the previous FO's - due to their shortsightedness of chasing a playoff spot vs building a Cup contender through drafting & development. Anyway, let's see how Allvins' version will turn out.
  7. The 4th line looked good, but no finish. EP again was bad. And for f sakes can we stop calling the EP line the top line? They keep saying they don't have a name for the garland line... why don't we just name them the TOP line because they currently are.
  8. I totally understand Toc's decision about Kuzy sitting for Karlsson in this 2-1 game... in case some of you guys have some short memory ... Our offense showed no sign of slowing down after putting up 6 vs Sens. Blues usually play a stringy, physical game which is not Kuzy's strong point. On paper it makes more sense to put in someone that's more willing to go into corners and get into puck battles. Obviously not a fantastic showing from Karlsson but I don't think he was that bad and I definitely don't think Kuzmenko was the missing answer in this game either.
  9. If you want a preview of playoff hockey. You just saw it. Defensive, low scoring. Tight. Fans should have realized how clueless when Canucks face a heavy team even a weak one like Bules (avg 200 lbs), they didn't even play physically hard on us but can make us lack physicality and overall weak puck retrieval. IMO to win the playoff series we need a heavy 2-way 2C, heavy 4C, and probably another 3D
  10. Petey's show tonight. Ottawa Sens are a very soft, very weak team, Petey might even be able to register a couple of points against these poor sad sacks, but that's a good thing because PA does need to showcase him for that Tkachuk trade he wants to swing. Tkachuk is a close friend of Huggy's, Tkachuk is a good fit for the Vancouver Canucks. Meanwhile, Petey doesn't have any friends. Great. To Van: Brady Tkachuk To Sens: Eilas Pettersson
