Ok so is he on the same page as JTM? Not even close! Compare JTM to EP, it's not even in the same ballpark, it's one thing to say Petey does something good here and there but he's not going out there like JTM does, JTM is all in, normally on every shift, can you say that about Petey? Made a fantastic play 2 games ago? Woohoo! JTM does that every game and plays with a ton more passion! That's what I expect from Petey too, your saying that's wrong to expect that?

Oh I know, we don't need a saviour, we just need guys who go and play their asses off and he surely does that! I actually hope Petey proves me wrong, I just want him to play like Podz, if then he doesn't score etc, I wouldn't care as much, I just want to see a 7 mil effort out of the guy, and then 11 mil next year but not just during the season.

Well if you think it's hate then you go ahead and think that, and no we can't trade him anytime soon and if he keeps it up every year we won't be able to ever flip him. how far are we going to get exactly when your star player disappears when the season ends and the chips are down?

So what happens if we start losing games where we need help and he keeps being invisible? You ok with that? He's about to be our highest paid player next season and your ok with that??

Still waiting... You can put up 200 points in the reg season but if you disappear in the post season, what does it matter?

He's a great regular season player... After that? Ummm.. not so much.. I'd rather have another JTM type player, imo signing him for that kind of money without seeing him play when the chips are down was a huge mistake that we're going to pay for, a long time! I'd have rather got another very good BIG center (not elite) and a same type of Dman, BIG, really good, not super elite just really good for that kind of money would have been a.much better move.
