I don't recognize many of these brands. That said, I've got some Peroni in my fridge right now. Rough day with the kids, so I'm gonna drop a couple of those. I don't like most local breweries, it feels like they're all trying to reinvent the wheel and most often, just tastes weird. Favourite all time though is the Innis & Gunn original.

Extension based exercises? Glute activation? Glute rolls? I don't know how to do any of this haha. Also yea, the Tens machine is what I think made it worse. The guy kept treating me for piriformis muscle syndrome. Every time I got hooked up to this, I came out worse and by the third time, I couldn't cross the street without stopping to sit. (Didn't actually sit on the street, I had to hobble in order to not get run over)
