Very unlikely that he keeps it up for the full 7, but even if we get to see another 5 then he’s been a beast for a decade in Van, which is awesome. Im so glad that he has figured out how to harness and focus his emotions, it was the one missing piece to an otherwise elite talent. I’ll fully and openly admit that I was very much wrong wanting to keep Bo over him.

Juulson needs to be in over Cole.

I kind of disagree with that correlation, seeing as the Norris tends to go the the defensive player who plays most like a forward (top scorer) most of the time. Almost should lend to a boost in Vezina votes. That said I still think Demmer is runner up.

Lol, I did say to the skate. But colour wise, yes. I may have forgotten about those “beauties”.

The first change to the skate was a good move. Blue and green was fine, but there is something about the black, red, and yellow that makes the team feel 10 feet tall. Even the youngin’s on the team that weren’t around for the skate back in the day say they feel more intimidating wearing the skate colours. It should have never been changed back is the problem.

I’m calling it now, Canucks in four. If Nashville wants to win one, it needs to be early on. As the series goes on, the Preds are going to fade and the Canucks are going to rise. Preds are already looking tired and season hasn’t even started yet.

And to think, two of those players are with the team right now! We’re are definitely blessed to be watching this core right now. It’s something special…

Gotta ask, is Cole Tocchet’s coaches pet? He clearly has slowed down significantly, at this point Juulson or even Friedman would be a better option. Let Cole rest until the playoffs start, maybe then he’ll be refreshed and back to early season form. Frustrating.

I agree with almost everything here. Blueger and Lafferty were nice pieces but I am confident JR and PA could find other UFAs at cheap that could perform as well. You re-sign Hronek and Zads, find another RD (I hear some talking about maybe Roy?), we need to let Myers and Cole both walk. Joshua would be great too, and I think is an example of Power Forwards taking longer to develop. I don’t think he’ll regress much, but I don’t know we can afford him. See what the team can do, but may have to replace him. lindholm I agree we need to try to re-sign at a good price like you suggested, otherwise he walks too.
