I have a BowFlex Tread Climber TC10 for sale REALLY cheap.

Bought it 4 months before I was forced into retirement due to medical reasons and it's just sat there collecting dust ever since.

oh, and by cheap I mean come and take it and you can have it.

I have a manual treadmill to give away for free. I hopped on it today for 30 minutes, and I am dying on the couch right now! I just want to lay here and not move. 

 

I may keep the treadmill for a few more days, give it another go, see if I can adjust to this. I mean - I have it in front of my TV in which I can watch hockey or Beverly Hills 90210. But I don't know how to move right now unless if hitting the keys on my keyboard with my fingers count.
