He does not have a no movement clause. He has a limited no-trade clause in which he can reject trades to 7 teams. When his new contract kicks in, the no-trade list will expand to 15 teams. Which brings me to my next point. If he wanted a fresh start, he would not have signed a massive extension before the season even started. The big man is there to stay. Even if you did bring him here, we'd be stuck with him at $6.5M for the following SEVEN years. He also can't help you in the playoffs if he's ejected/suspended.
