This will be the second of 4 meetings within a two and a half week period. I think it is critical for the Canucks to spend extra time and energy to find a way to defeat teams in the Pacific division. If the Oil are as good as they like to think then the Canucks should consider it a challenge to win each game. Battle like it is a playoff game, make the Oilers pay a price for every puck. Our own playoff hopes depend on the level of our success versus divisional rivals.

This should be first time we see something resembling the NHL lineup. 
Battle at forward look like Studnicka vs Bains for depth winger spot and who knows on D.

I am not convinced on the Miller line yet, they didn't look that good so far. Garland has really stood out and he may see himself move up if Boeser cannot get it together before the season starts.

The way Soucy handled McDavid, i see him moving up as well. Blueger is another i am totally impressed with and might be more of an impact then what we expected. 

With the big wingers, none have stood out and I am surprised Joshua has not been more impactful so far. I found him to be the top runner after last season, this season i don't see that same hunger and desire in his game.

Its still early so things still may change, we will see.

Got a good feeling about this one. If we dress a mostly full lineup. 
I say 3+ goals, another strong showing on the P.K, and a first win to feel good about with 2 more pre-season games remaining.

Small sample size, but Fingers crossed he sticks….what an amazing win if we found a young partner for Hughes from the college FA market. He’s been scouted as having 2nd pair upside, so maybe this is more likely than we thought?

Foote/Gonchar could even tailor his development around partnering with Hughes specifically. If we had that solved for the next 2-3 years on the cheap…

Apparently there's still a bunch out there, but they haven't been in circulation for some time. I remember them though because I'm old. My brother in law bought a car with $1000's once, the only time I've seen them in person. I'd still be pretty excited to find one in my pocket today. I assume it's still legal tender.
