Finished with 39 saves on 43 shots against in a 5-4 shootout loss. Looks like he played well overall and made some big saves late.

has a bigger role at Harvard this year, m splitting the net with a Senior? each with 16 GP, his stats are good, he is young, only 20, he will probably be the starter next year as a 3rd year (Junior), looks like he has potential down the line

Nice to see him progressing. I definitely don't mind taking long shots on goalies in later rounds. It seems to always be an incredibly unpredictable position so you never know if you might strike gold.

 

As a side note, I was just looking at Harvard's roster and it's filled with sons of NHLers: David and Marek Hejduk, Kyle Aucoin, Mason Langenbrunner. It's kind of funny.

Time to have another look at an Ian Clark draft pick.  He had a much improved year at Harvard

and is ready to take on the starter role this coming season.  He's a very physical goalie.
