It's going to probably be a weaker lineup tomorrow. My guess, if they don't use anybody that played tonight, is it will look something like this.

That's curious. I was pretty sure that earlier it was reported to be on Sportsnet 1, but I don't see it on tonight's listings.

After the game versus the Oil I think the changes the Canucks made during the off-season have already shown a positive difference. Look forward to the return match this Saturday. To spend extra time planning and practicing how to defeat teams in the Pacific division is a worthwhile investment.

then going on a 2 week roadtrip to start the season (ex one game)

 

Alvin needs to have a serious talk with Bettman this is such nonsense. What other teams are having to deal with this.

Seriously when has that ever worked?

The Canucks historically regardless who the GM is, always gets lousy schedules.

It has to be brought up at the BOG meetings. And I doubt even that will help.

Canuck luck...we could have ended up last and wouldn't have got him. We would have had Anaheim's pick.

 

My hope and guess....he loves Vancouver, loves the Canucks, said he wanted to play here. He'll finish his ELC, sign a 4 year extension - that's 7 seasons and takes him to UFA at 25 years old. Signs with us in his prime. Petey, Quinn still here and ready....Boom Cup time!
