Start with Shapiro

The entire front office and coaching staff and replace them with people who actually know how to run a baseball team.

It may come to that, so I won't disagree.  This organization needs a new vision.  Let the new leader bring in who they want and keep who they want, but get rid of Shapiro.

Then you blow it up and build around Vladdy/Bo, Schneider, Jansen, Gausman, and Berrios.

I think if they blow it up, probably Bichette is who they keep. IMO vladdy hasn’t done enough to warrant the 500m contract they’re seeking.

Tricky, because if they do blow it up, IMHO, Bo will be the first one wanting to leave.

They both get their rights after this year so if they’re <.500 at the 70 game mark, I would expect them to maybe sell on everything.

Yup.  I would hope the clowns in the front office are replaced with people qualified for their positions before that happens.

^ Turner- inching his way up to the lead off spot.

Heck at this point I'd just make the line up based on whose hitting for the best average, day by day.

Honestly, I'd put Schneider in the leadoff spot.

The only guy with a better OBP is Danny Jansen, but his OPS is way too high right now to not have him in an RBI position.

Based on current numbers, my batting order would look something like this:

LF - Schneider

CF - Varsho

DH - Turner

C - Jansen

1B - Guererro

3B - Clement

RF - Springer

2B - IKF / Biggio

SS - Bichette
