I see now he had a gruesome seizure after hitting his head... So scary!!!!  Man, I just hope he's going to be okay?!  All I'm thinking about is his wife... yeah i missed the slew foot... first he pinned him then slew and body slammed him, literally drove him down to the ice... i hope he gets suspended for longer than he's injured.

Looks like full impact on back of head and shoulder on ice... Then it looks like his knee might have come down hard impacted him on his forehead.  That looks horrible!!!!  I pray he's okay

The Leafs drafted him in the 6th round but it does not look like he's ever played an NHL game for them or anyone else.

 

Correction:  3 games for the Avalanche in 20-21.

The refs should have stopped the play...the clips only show the incident...but not how long he was laying there for before they blew the play dead...literally took until he started shaking...beer league refs would have noticed and shut shit down

I didn’t notice the slew foot, but it also look like he used his shoulder to lift him (using the board as a leverage) too.

He virtually threw Podkolzin ( with extreme force ), like it was some arranged WWE fake take down. Whether he meant to throw him down head first,

well that's for the league to decide. One of the worst I've ever seen. Now we hope and Pray.

What shocked me was that the rest of the game played out. They should have called it then. Everyone in the building was shaken to their core. No one really celebrated at all when the game ended.

Agree, they just played the game out both teams just to finish...all the players were done.

 

Feel for you all at the game too. I watched online and seen everyone's shock in the stands, seen lots of people crying...even tho I wasn't there I knew it was bad right away...
