Depends on who's got a high cap hit. So Stone, Eichel or Pietrangelo. And then they'll have 10 million to spend at TDL.

I get the feeling that's why they signed hertl. He wasn't great these playoffs but i'm sure he'll sit a lot of next year

I find it interesting that no Canadian hockey club has won the cup since 1993.

Gary Bettman was hired in 1993.

Since then, there have been 8 new American hockey teams, and 1 Canadian (via relocation).

I understand wanting to build the sport in the US, but it’s time to buck the trend and give some love back to Canada, Gary.

Not gonna lie I can't really identify any real weaknesses on that Dallas roster.  Maybe Jake Oettinger of all people?

Yup.  I picked Dallas to win it all this year.  Incredible depth everywhere in the lineup.

The first time I watched the Mark Stone clip I thought it was real. Whoever did this is genius....

Bettman needs to see that!

So funny

Yea when you have Seguin Duchene on your third lines and Ryan Suter as your 3rd pairing D, you are pretty strong. Their top players aren't that scary though, I'd consider Colorado and Carolina harder opponents than Dallas.

Dallas is such an intriguing team in terms of how they were/are built and structured.  They basically have 3 eras of talent on one team.

You've got the Pavelski, Seguin, Benn, Tanev, Duchene, Suter group.

You've got the Hintz, Robertson, Heiskanen, Marchment, Lindell, Oettinger group.

And then you've got the Stankoven, Johnston, Harley group.

Talk about building an amazing long term success plan.  It's very impressive.
