On the training camp/depth chart page, not especially. That page is a guideline. On the rosters page, yes, players should play their own position within reason, as has always been. Everything that was posted on CDC for roster moves etc should now be complete, all that should be left are moves posted here. Everyone please double check and make sure there's nothing left from CDC that I may have missed. I'm not sure if CDC is going to still be there but read only or what, but I'm under the assumption that it will just be gone. If it's gone, any signings or moves not updated will be gone with it.
